Re-activate an employees agreement

How administrators can re-activate an employees agreement.

Start with making sure if the employee has been employed before by going to the tab Staff, tick the box "w/o active contract":

Click on the employee you wish to re-activate and go to Contract and then press New:

If you want to copy the last contract you press Yes, if not you press No and do everything from scratch. And then press Save when you have entered all the correct information. Make sure to choose the right contract for the employee since it's the contract that determine what salary the employee will get in the end.
