In this article we will show you how to manage Key Formulas in Timeplan and connect them to the Weekly Overview.
The Support agents will help set up the necessary accounts to add Key Formulas in Timeplan. Below is an example for a key formula for Cleaned rooms per working hour.
Go to Agreements - Accounts.
Example: we will add an account for Number of hours worked (in case it isn't already added, which it is in most databases).
This is how we would set up an account for Cleaned rooms. Make sure that the account is set to Level: Balance per department (most used) or Balance per company.
The system account group "Other" should be ticked.
Now we will create then actual Key Formula, this is done through Planning - Key Formulas.
Name the key formula and description.
Click on Edit and add the formula as written in the example below.
Tick which department/departments that should be connected to the key formula.
Now we want the Key Formulas to be visible on the Weekly Overview and for that you will have to go to Weekly Overview - Settings.
Here you have to choose and tick "Planning Requirements" click on select planning requirements and then choose which ones you want to show.
