Approval of Time Reports in the App

Removed balances did not require new approval when used
Example: if a shift was removed, it did not require re-approval — this has now been fixed.

Clarification of Terms in Timeplan

  • User is replaced with Administrator

  • Employee is replaced with Team Member

  • Employee App is replaced with App

Status – Attendance List

A new button has been added to the attendance list allowing the user to choose to display either the task name or the shift description directly on the shift.

More Dimensions for Payroll File in PAXML Format
It is now possible to export more dimensions in the PAXML file.
Field number 1 is already used to export the cost center.
Now, up to 9 additional fields can be activated where you, as a customer, can specify an external ID for the task.
Please contact our support team for configuration if you want to export to more than one cost center.

The Report – Detailed Weekly Report
Now displays the same icons as on the Stamps and Balances page.

Program Improvements

    • On the Base Schedule and Periods page, users were able to create overlapping schedules by saving quickly multiple times — this has now been fixed.

    • A deviation code added by an administrator required handling but did not appear in the action list — this is now resolved.

    • Employment contracts that were not signed via digital signing and had been terminated still appeared as unsigned on the start page — this has now been fixed.

    • A crash occurred when validating a leave request if no deviation code for parental leave was configured — this has now been fixed.

    • If a shift was shorter than 30 minutes and a break was added manually, the break was not deducted — this has now been corrected.

    • On-call shifts were incorrectly calculated as worked hours instead of rest if the workday started with an on-call shift — this has now been corrected.
