• Enter children in case of absence - parental leave
  Possibility for customers who have Hogia Lön Plus and SDworx as payroll programs to indicate with a setting on the deviation code whether it should be mandatory to enter children in case of absence when the deviation code is of the type Parental leave.

It is then entered, among other things, on the absence manager in the employee's calendar in the administrator interface, stamps and balances, the weekly overview, the leave application and when Report absence today.
The information can be seen on the Deviation per code report, which you can find under -Reports -Divergence- Select the Deviation per code report and tick the relevant deviation code.

• New license module for API connection
  An API key is assigned to the user by the customer.

• Enter reason for termination of employment
  On the -Personnel -Employee -Employment agreement page there is the possibility to specify the reason for termination of employment. The reason for terminated employment can also be seen on the New/changed employment report, which you can find under -Reports -Personnel - select the report

• Notifications
  Possibility to receive notifications when an employee has reported absence today and when the employee has removed the absence. notifications is standard for all users and you can turn it off yourself in your settings at the bottom left (in the left corner where you log out).
• New help on the home page of the app

Status - The attendance list
Line breaks were missing in the case that an employee had more than one last name. This has now been fixed

• Headings in the report Weekly schedule per employee
• Reports have contiguous text This is now fixed
• Page - Organization toolbar was missing header on back button
• Change work shifts - default appearance going forward
• User profile check box for Documents had title "#missing text"
