Request new password on login page & bug fixes in this release


Our last release featured a change in how you login to Timeplan. Before you had a username which could be just plain text 'username' - we changed this to require the username to be an email 'yourname@yourcompany.com'. 

By doing this we can now introduce a feature that enables you to request a new password if you ever forget it (previously you had to contact support to get a new password).

You request a new password by clicking on the "Forgot your password?" link below the sign in button and then inputting your email. 

This is the major new feature in this weeks release, we've also fixed a lot of bugs this week.

  • iPhone users couldn't zoom in on PDF reports in the mobile app - FIXED
  • Improved authorisation in Timeplan admin - certain pages were accessible even though they weren't included in the user rights profile (with a direct link to the page) - FIXED
  • Certain areas of Timeplan admin looked strange when upgrading to the latest release (attestation page for example) - FIXED
  • Scrollbars were missing on several pages with the latest release - FIXED
  • Phone number was missing on the employment contract when using digital signature - FIXED
