General improvements and integration to Sympa HR-System

General improvements:
- We are happy to announcethat Timeplan now has a connection with Sympa HR-system, this will ensure a smoother relationship for our customers who uses both systems together. When a employee is created in Sympa it will automaticly be imported to Timeplan.
- Minor title fix on change password dialogs to replace "Username" with E-post/E-mail.
Bug fixes:
- A bug that allowed overlapping contracts to be created thru Hogia integrations has now been fixed.
- Deviation reports crashed in english version has been fixed
- A minor inconsistency with scheduled cost calculation has been fixed.
- Crash on Staff page when changing employment number is now fixed
