Tooltips in the weekly overview are updated with more information for increased ease of use. Go to -Planning -Weekly overview

Hourly Cost - Change to "Cost per Hour"
When selecting account balances in the information column (e.g. Flex, Comp)
the balance will be displayed with today's date with the text "Balance Flexkonto 2024-06-11 "
"Worked time" (summation at the bottom) which describes that the time comes from the system account group "Accounts for calculating Worked time in reports".
Agreed time - Change to the following depending on the setting of the collective agreement (the information is based on the employment agreement on the first day of the weekly overview)
- If "Create basic schedule on holidays and calculate planned time in 7 days" is checked: "Agreed time for the period 2024-01-01 - 2024-02-01. The time is calculated based on all days of the week, regardless of holiday or weekday"
- If "Create basic schedule on holidays and calculate planned time of 7 days" is not checked: "Agreed time for the period 2024-01-01 - 2024-02-01. The time is calculated based on non-holiday weekdays, normally 5 days"

The status page can be displayed in full screen mode

The user is not logged out. In full screen mode Timeplan switches between different pages. To exit full-screen mode, the browser's functions are used.

To be able to display the attendance list in full screen mode, you create a user with a user profile that only has rights to the status page.

Deviation reporting in the app

Possible to report deviation for every minute, previously it was set that you could report deviation to the nearest 5 minutes. Via a system setting in the database, it is possible to schedule and report deviations every 1 minute.

Enter children on parental leave

For customers who have Hogia Lön plus or SDWorx as payroll programs, it is possible to specify for which child an employee is on parental leave (provided that the deviation code is of the parental leave type). Information about which child the employee is on parental leave for can now also be seen in the "Deviance per code" report, which you can find under -Reports -Divergence -Select the "Divergence per code" report.

Possibility to see breaks and planned working hours on Basic Schedule

Go to -Planning -Basic schedule -choose a basic schedule and hover over work shifts to be able to see tooltips with information.
