Report templates
Some reports are easier to interpret if you use a template for them. Report templates are used for filtering which accounts are displayed and can be put into good use for reports such as Employee time report to see relevant balances.
To create a new report template, click Reports - Templates and New+.
You then get a screen where you can transfer the accounts you want to include in your template using the buttons in the middle. If it is one account where you want to see the opening and closing balance per month, double-click on that account when it is in the right column. It then gets an asterisk next to the name. Once you are satisfied with your choices, name your template and press Save. After you save, there will be a button that says Make public and pressing it will make your template available to all administrators.
You can now select your template from the drop-down menu Templates when selecting how you want to display certain reports.
