This article explains the different terminal profiles that you can choose between in Timeplan. Depending on which terminal you use in your workplace you can choose how you want your employees to clock in and out.
Employee number:
The employee clock in and out with their employee number
Fingerprint:
The employee registers their fingerprints in the terminal and then they will be able to clock in and out only using their fingerprint in the reader on the terminal.
Fingerproblem:
The employee registers their fingerprints in the terminal and every time they clock in/out they will have to first put their employee number and then their fingerprint. This profile is for the employees who has trouble with the terminal not being able to acknowledge their fingerprints.
RFID:
The employee registers their RFID-tag to their employment number in the terminal and they will then be able to clock in/out by using only their RFID-tag.
Personal code/short number:
The employee can clock in/out with a personal code or short number that is registered on the Personal information page in Timeplan. This is only available to some customers.
