News and program changes

Salary -Salary periods - Information message about which errors need to be adjusted before salaryperiods can be closed in order to be able to extract a more complete payroll file.
Staff -Personal information -Help box next to the line for Personal ID no, so hopefully it will be easier for users to fill in correct details on the employee.
Staff - Contract -Pop up information to help the user with information about which steps the administrator/departmanaget need to check before changing an employee's contract in Timeplan

Program Improvements

Summarization of balances

The approval list and the start page will now show the same number in summaries, previously there could have been differences due to the pages' balances being updated differently often. This has now been fixed.
