Create salary periods automatically
Create salary periods automatically. On the last day of pay periods, a new pay period for the next period will automatically be created. To activate the feature, go to -Salary - -Check the box "Create new pay period automatically"
Requirements for personal data and employment contracts
The setting brings the newly posted employee to the approvallist and makes the selected fields mandatory. Below you will find which fields in Timeplan can be made mandatory.
Absence in the salary file for the salary system Hogia Lön Plus
Absences are split across several lines as break deductions created line breaks. This has now changed and the payroll file will now contain absences on a line in the transaction file for a period with dates from and to and time (for calculating absences for part of the day, during night shifts or when working at several cost centers.)
Program Improvements
Scheduled duty was counted as scheduled time in the weekly overview even if the system setting "Include scheduled duty in 'Scheduled time and control of ATL'" was set to No. This has now been fixed
