- It is now possible to add a new employment before an existing employment.
The function is used if you, for example: have hired an employee on a monthly salary from February 21, but afterwards you have the opportunity to also offer the employee to work extra from February 13, 2025 and now there is the opportunity to add an agreement before regular employment.
Program improvements
- Updated text on the system account group that is used to calculate absence in, for example: the weekly overview.
- "Absence is a predefined group that specifies which account balances are to be considered absence. The group is used in the reports Annual working hours with Hour Bank, Annual reconciliation report, weekly reconciliation report and in the Weekly overview for planned time that includes absence."
- Wrong color of employees in the Attendance list in the app due to sorting, the error occurred because an employee had an absence code entered.
- Budget report - did not show a summary of hours in the case that the user did not have the right to see salary information. This has now been fixed so the user can see hours worked.
- Weekly overview - Planned time and part-time absence are calculated incorrectly
- The annual working time report with Time bank - Agreed time in the future is from today & not the date that the user had selected when the report was taken.
- The report - Weekly schedule was missing work shifts on Sundays.
