Weekly Overview - add comments

You can easily add comments on a chosen department for a certain date in the Weekly Overview.

  • Go to Planning - Weekly Overview - Go to Settings 
  • Tick "Comments" 
  • Click on "Select departments" 

  • Mark the departments you want to see the comments for, click OK twice. 

  • Choose which department you would like to show (or several) and click on Show. 
  • Click in the space for comments on the department you want to leave a comment and on the date you want to make the comment. In this example on 2nd of June. 
  • Write your comment and click Enter on your keyboard. 

  • If you want to delete the comment just doubleclick on the comment and delete the text.
