Upgrades and bug fixes

This release contains a few new upgrades for the Timeplan-product in it's entirety, we've among other things developed a new symbol for availability (Can work, can't work) and a new support for being able to import payslips from SD Worx. As usual there's also some bug fixes in this release.
Upgrades
- We’ve implemented a new system setting for the Hogia payroll integration. The setting indicates which row the account/task should end up on in the salary file.
- We’ve made a change for the button “Show” in the approval list. When you click on “Show” the button changes text to “Loading” and becomes un-clickable. This is to clarify that the page is loading and so that you shouldn’t click several times because it doubles the loading time.
- We’ve added an account description in the bottom of the Budget report to clarify which accounts are included in the system account group “Actual cost”.
- We’ve implemented a new support for import of payslips from SD Worx.
- We’ve made the field for e-mail wider in the onboarding guide for TimeplanGo.
- We’ve added a new updated report description for the Yearly adjustment report.
- We’ve made an additional optimization of the Weekly overview to improve the loading time.
- We’ve made a CSS improvement for the temp-fields under the tab Contract because it was missing some padding between the fields.
- When an employee made themselves available for work via the app or if there was a comment on the workshift the same symbol was visible. We’ve now implemented a new symbol for “Availability”. This is from now on visible as a line while the comments keep the same symbol as before, the “speech bubble”. See the picture.
Bug fixes🤖
- If you used the feature for self registration in the Terminal and you had an employee contract with the end date set to the same day you got overlapping agreements. This is now resolved.
- System settings stopped working for non-swedish TimeplanGo users. This is now fixed.
- In some cases the “today's balance” was not calculated during the night as it’s supposed to. This occurred if there was no existing closed salary period. This is now resolved.
- If you had several workshifts in an “planning requirement template” and made changes to the template these changes did not pull through. This is now fixed.
- If you had over 1000 hours in tips that hadn’t been paid out, an error occurred in the formatting. This is now resolved.
