Upgrades and changes

We've updated the style of the employment certifications

All agreements:
- Changes to "69 years" which is the age limit that applies since 1/1-23.
- The employment types begins with a capital letter

Visitas agreemnets for hotel, restaurant and casino:
- The employment type "worker who've turned 69 years" is now removed.
- The word "Visita" on top of the employment certificate is now removed.
- For the employment type "Non-term temporary work", läggs följande text till "Until the day xxx returns to duty".
- The word "Arbetstid" changes to "Genomsnittlig veckoarbetstid".
- The word "Befattning" changes to "Yrkesbenämning eller tjänstetitel".
- The word "Övrigt" changes to "Allmänna anställningsvillkor".

  • We're slowly but surely starting the work with making it possible in the future to create work shifts directly in the Weekly overview.
  • We've changed the selection for the Weekly adjustment report. Before the report only showed employees that had an agreement where the box "Use weekly adjustment report" was checked in the agreements settings. From now on the selection will change and also include employees with the Timebank divided into 7.
  • We've increased the height of the balances-list under Time rec. and balances. There's now more space for all the rows to fit.
  • From date for the employee contract outside an open salary period will from now on be able to be changed, given the change happens outside a closed salary period and that earlier contracts/until date aren't crossed.
  • We're changing the name for the "Flextime rules" under Agreements -Main settings:
    - Flextime rules changes to: Deviation interval
    - In - Flextime changes to: Deviation, in registration
    - Out - Flextime changes to: Deviation, out registration
    - Accounts for flex and lunch deviation changes to: Accounts for regulation of deviation intervals at in/out registrations and lunch

Bug fixes🤖

  • When choosing employment type "Temp" you're not able to save the employee contract without filling in whom the employee replaces. -This is now fixed.
  • Fellowmind API didn't include the persons who started their employment in the chosen interval.
  • The link to our Helpcenter wasn't included in the automatic message that is sent out when receiving a new release.
  • Social security number was mandatory even though the license module "Payroll integration" wasn't activated.
  • We're changing the name for “Skicka till avdelningschefer” to “Skicka till användare” when receiving automatic messages.
  • When writing in the box "Other conditions" under the tab "Contract" several extra rows were added. This is now fixed.
  • When using the work shift editor under the Daily overview you were able to create work shifts that went backwards, work shifts where the break time were longer than the work shift's time and work shifts that were shorter than an hour. Nothing of the above should be possible. This is now fixed.
  • A technical issue under the tab Base schedule and periods led to the schedule continuing to roll out work shifts even though the contract was ended.
  • The wrong messages sometimes appeared in the Timeclock. For example, if you had a work shift yesterday and one today. Clocked in yesterday but forgot to clock out. When clocking in again today It said "You clocked in tomorrow at 08:00 am" It is suppose to say yesterday. -Fixed
  • It was not possible to save the department so that i connected to the unit because of an error message that appeared.  -Resolved
  • A curtain selection led to that the "Employee report" wasn't able to generate because of an error message. -Fixed
  • Users have been able to delete themselves which is not suppose to be possible. This is now fixed.
  • Standby task time was included in the total hours in the compact view in the Weekly overview, which it's not supposed to be. This is now resolved.
  • When adding a new employee/user, the next employment number in line wasn't generated instead a completely different one was. This is now fixed.
