This release contains a new feature, upgrades and bugfixes for Timeplan and TimeplanGo.

TimeplanGo

  • We’ve made some small adjustments in the text for the TimeplanGo onboarding guide.
  • Under “Personal information” in TimeplanGo the gender was per default set to woman, which was inaccurate. It is now set to “No gender selected”. 
  • Error messages occurred for one specific TimeplanGo user because of an adjustment in the subscription. 

New feature and upgrades

  • We’ve implemented a new feature in the employee app that allows you to see “today's result” where you can see which accounts and balances that have been generated for the day. If you’re interested in this feature, contact our support for more information regarding the implementation. 
  • We’ve implemented a new support for export API for the salaries to the program SD Worx.

  • We’ve put in a lot of working hours into optimizing the Weekly overview’s performance. Which has now paid off since the environment is now loading more quickly.

  • Earlier you weren't able to take out the “Sick leave report” for a whole year. This is now possible.

Bug fixes🤖

  • An error message occurred when saving a work shift twice under the Planning tab. This is now fixed.
  • When using deviation reporting, the deviation code used was not visible in the administrator interface if the work shift came from a base schedule. This is now fixed.
  • There were some relevant texts that went missing in the employee report and instead it said “missing text”.
  • When a misconfiguration by users on premise was done an error message appeared that was difficult to understand, it was unclear what caused the error. We’ve now set up a more clear error message.
  • When printing out the employee contract under the staff tab there was some text missing under “Other conditions” even though this field had been filled out. This is now fixed.
  • It was not possible to do a self registration via the older silver Timeclocks. This is now resolved.
  • We found a wrongful layout in the employee app -The tab Work shift requests had moved too far down. It has now been moved up to its rightful place again.
  • Because of a misconfiguration (if there were no departments chosen) the “New hire-button” didn’t show up in the Timeclock.
  • In the Weekly overview in some cases it said “Obemannade arbetspass” and in other cases it said “Lediga pass”. We’ve now chosen the word “Obemannade arbetspass” to make a more unified appearance.
  • The budget report did some wrongful rounding which resulted in a wrongful turn out. This is now resolved. 
  • If you double clicked on an employee's day off  in the Weekly overview and lacked authorization in your user profile an error message occurred. This is now fixed.
  • The external ID for the departments ended up on the wrong row in the salary file if you had “Hogia lön plus” as your Payroll program. This is now fixed.
  • When working without a workshift you didn’t receive a red day off that you according to the agreement should earn. This is now fixed.
  • If you had over 10 different comment types and tried to create more they got an inaccurate name. Instead of the entered name it said “Salary”. This is now fixed.
