Receipt and accounting information
How to access your receipts and accouting information.
After successfully upgrading your subscription and completing the payment, you can access your receipts and invoices by navigating to Billing → billing within the TimeplanGo services.
You must be an account owner to view billing. Account owner is the user who first created the account.
Step 1 - Click on Billing

Step 2 - Click on Billing

Step 3 - Under billing history, click on the payment you wish to see

Step 4 - Here you can choose whether you want a copy of the receipt or the invoice.
