Name and structural improvements in Timeplan. Bug fixes and general improvements.

Name improvements:
We have changed the name for some of the functions in Timeplan to better fit what they stand for. Cost Division is now called Department. There are also some improvements to the English translations in Timeplan.
There has also been name changes to holiday groups and a new chronological order to make it easier to navigate the different public and bank holidays.
Structural changes:
In this release there were some improvements to the structure in Timeplan, and a change in the names. Personnel group will be merged with Unit, and form a new function, also called Unit. The structure between Units and Departments have also been made linear as per customer requests.
Push notifications:
Text messages will now only be available for Swedish phone numbers. Furthermore the push notifications in the app will automatically be switched on, and you can opt to also use e-mail notifications.
Links in the mobile app:
Previously there was a problem with opening links in the mobile app. This has been fixed, and the links in the app are now clickable, and will open in an internet browser.
General improvements and bug fixes: 🤖
- Crash on admin page for agreements without date.
- Error message when using the punch clock in the app has been removed.
- Filtered holiday groups according to nationality.
- Deleted users shown in the dashboard.
- Layout issues when time reporting in mobile app.
- General design and readability improvements.
