This release contains a few new upgrades for the Timeplan-product in it's entirety, and a new support for an integration to SD Worx. As usual there's also some bug fixes in this release. 

Upgrades

  • We’ve made some changes regarding the integration to SD Worx. We’ve removed some salaryfields like empty tempfields. We’ve also added a new field for the “Person export”. 
  • When adding a new time recording under the tab Time rec. and balances Timeplan will from now on no longer ask which deviation code you want to use if there's only one alternative. 
  • We’ve changed the name from “Adjustment report” to “Weekly adjustment report”
  • We’ve developed a new, encrypted way to send out emails. The purpose with this new way is to reduce the risk of emails ending up in the trash mail.

Bug fixes🤖

  • Under the tab Time rec and balances the scroll bar for account summary didn’t show. This is now fixed.
  • Because of a temporary error the Norwegian version of coordination number (samordningsnummer) D-number stopped working. We’ve now fixed it.
  • The Time recording error report for salary periods had some missing text. Instead of a describing meaning regarding what the errors were it said “Missing text”. This is now fixed.
  • When creating a new “Planning recruitment” it disappeared. This is now fixed.
  • The summary of the absence part day was inaccurate. The summary showed as much worked time as absent time. This is now fixed
  • It was possible to save a base schedule without workshifts, the base schedule disappeared even though it was still connected to an employee. Now we’ve implemented an error message that should appear if this scenario occurs again.
  • An error message appeared when navigating through the Message tab to the Automatic message tab. This is now resolved.
  • Calculation rules ran 2 times the day an employee terminated their employment. This occurred a day before a holiday. This is now fixed.
  • Planned cost did only use the first contract in the period when calculating. This is now fixed.
  • Before you weren't able to add a time recording with a balance less than one minute, if you'd try this, an error message appeared. From now on it'll be possible, an error message won't appear.
  • A question box did not appear to confirm if you wished to reactivate an employee -Even though the employee was removed and could be activated. This is now fixed.
  • An error message appeared when you tried to generate a new employment number if there were only deleted employees in the environment. This is now fixed (This error primly regards TimeplanGo customers)
