Bug fixes for iPhone app, updated email invite, changed mobile app features.

 


Updated content for the email pages “forgot password” and “invitation from admin”

When requesting a new password, the email you receive included links to the employee app, we've removed these since it's not very relevant to you as an administrator in Timeplan. 

Account balances which are 0 will not be displayed in employee app/punch clock
The account balance page will from now on be hidden if there is no balance to show. This change applies to both the employee app and the punch clock

Translations in the employee app
There were some translations that needed to be done in norwegian, danish and finish on the punch clock page in the employee app. - Fixed!

Shifts weren’t updated on the page “time rec and balances”
When changing a shift on the page “time rec and balances”, the new current shift adds a small text in the employee app. Before doing this it looks like this:

This is now fixed. The new current shift is now in the bold and bigger style.

General improvements and bug fixes: 🤖 

  • Time rounding updates for overtime/OB
    The employee was only paid for 4 minutes of overtime when the time should've been rounded up to 5 minutes. We’ve now updated this so it calculates upward.
  • Server error when saving an employee with inaccurate social security number.
    This error occurred when the employees had an inaccurate format of their social security number. - This is now fixed!
  • Disabled page menu buttons
    The page menu buttons were clickable except when clicking on it the button did nothing. This is now fixed.
  • Crash when creating a user with whitespace in user name
    When creating or editing a user and saving the changes with an email ending with whitespace there was a crash. This is now fixed.
  • Server error and inconsistent behaviour in the monthly view
    When assorted on position, employment rate or own sorting and the employee had a daytask there was a crash. - Fixed
  • When assorting on position and the employee had two agreements with two different types of positions during the period there was a crash. - Fixed
