Break punches must apply before a planned break

Before this update if there was a manual break entered and the employee clocks out for lunch and then in again, the punched break and the planned break was deducted from the work shift. Now the break punches apply regardless, whether the planned work shift has a break rule or has been entered manually.


Changes in the lower left menu

There have been some changes in the lower left menu. Before, the menu was displayed when the user pressed the blue area where the company name is visible and then when they clicked somewhere else, the menu was still displayed. From now on the left menu closes when the user clicks outside this area. 


Changed username on the login page

Earlier this year we changed username to email address at the login page. We’ve now changed the name on the login page from “Username/Email” to “Email” to clarify that you can only log in with an email address. 


General improvements and bug fixes 🤖

  • The quick button for messages in the top left corner in the left menu was missing at some points, this is now fixed. 
  • There was a bug in the reset password flow. When clicking at the reset password link you were sent back to the login page. Now when the user clicks on the reset password link she/he will be automatically logged in to Timeplan and be able to input a new password.
  • At some points on the page Account Settings texts and input fields ended up on top of each other. This is now fixed.
  • There was a bug where the system warned that the workshifts were breaking against the Work Environment Authority even if they weren’t. This is now fixed. 
  • We’ve had a bug that resulted in that a double vertical scrollbar appeared at some points instead of one. - Fixed!
  • When trying to print out equipment lists an error message appeared and you were denied access. This is now fixed. 
  • We've increased the allowed time deviation in the mobile app time reporting addon. Now you can add more than 12 hours of deviation.
  • A bug caused that regular days were marked as holidays when printing out the Weekly Overview. - Fixed!
  • Before when you clicked on the Weekly Overview in the left side menu, the whole menu slightly postponed downward.- Fixed!
  • We had a bug that caused full names to appear where there were supposed to be email addresses. Even in some cases the text was postponed outside the frame. This is now fixed. 
  • When deviations increased under a short period of time an error message appeared in the Approvals list - Fixed!
  • Long collective agreement names resulted in an empty dropdown menu for advanced search under Staff List - This is now fixed.
