This release contains a few new features, name changes, upgrades and bug fixes.
New features and upgrades
- In some cases you weren’t able to save the email address due to odd top domains To fix this we’ve implemented a new support for odd top domains.
- We’ve developed a new support that makes it possible to save an employee without a valid social number. Timeplan now allows you to put in 000000-0000 in the tab for social number. Employees without social numbers won't be able to use a collective agreement that integrates with the payroll system.
Name changes
- Under the tab Agreements we’ve changed the name from “Företagets underskrift” to “Arbetsgivarens underskrift” and “Den anställdes underskrift” to “Arbetstagarens underskrift”
- We’ve changed the name for the report “kontrollrapport” to “närvarorapport”
- Under the tab “Supplementary” we’ve changed the name from “Släkting” to “Anhörig”
- The “yearly adjustment report” will from now on be divided into 5 instead of 7 days that were before. The report sorts on the number of week days (mon-fri) on the selected period.
- Under the administration tab, the button to send out an invite said “send” but we’ve now changed it to “send invite” to clarify what the button does.
- The English translation for “Befattning” had plenty of translations, from now on it is consistent with “Job title” everywhere.
Bug fixes 🤖
- As a TimeplanGo customer when making it through the onboarding process too quickly the flow started over from the top, this is fixed.
- The wrong font was shown in Timeclock, fixed!
- When using Wifi-locking the punch clock function wasn't the only thing that was locked to the IP-address but also the other features the mobile app contains. This is now fixed.
- When using AD there have been some log-in issues, some users were locked or they got stuck in a loop on the login page. This is fixed!
- In unique cases when removing absence from the base schedule an error message was shown under the tab time reporting in the mobile app. Fixed!
- The owl symbol in the top left corner in the left menu had different sizes in different cases. This is now fixed.
- One day was calculated several times in the “time recording error report” when the day contained several balances. This is fixed!
- When having a big number of departments they all weren't shown in the weekly overview. Fixed!
