The release contains a few new upgrades regarding the Timeplan-product in its entirety, a bigger announcement is that we're going to start charging for digital signing without BankID starting the 1:st of May. As usual there's also some bug fixes in this release.
Upgrades
- Starting the 1:st of may -We're changing the price for digital signing without BankID, from now on it'll cost 7,90 SEK per signature.
- We've implemented a new system setting that makes it possible to lock a certain number of fields on an employee contract after completing the signing.
- Timeplan will from now on accept social security numbers containing a dash symbol.
- We've now implemented a new feature -that makes it possible to copy overtime rules, the purpose is to streamline the configuration.
- We have an ongoing project with implementing a payroll integration to Procountor.
- We've developed a new program that removes inactive TimeplanGo customers.
- We're continuing the work with developing the feature with creating workshifts in the Weekly Overview.
- We discovered that a certain amount of translations to English were missed, which is now corrected.
- We've now made another optimization of the sick leave report to improve the loading time when taking out the report on bigger intervals .
Bug fixes🤖
- A hidden bug was found in the daily overview, when you added a shift and then removed it and saved, the changes were lost and the shift popped back. This is now fixed.
- The distribution of tips module did not work as it's supposed to for Norwegian Timeplan-customers, the balance was not calculated if you chose a date after the 12th in the current month. This is now fixed.
- When saving under the tab account settings the left side menu disappeared. This is now resolved.
- When publishing schedules under the tab Base schedule advanced, it arose duplicates of the logs. This is now fixed.
- The department did not appear in the salary file to "Hogia lön plus" in case of absence. This is now resolved.
- Sorting for the Employee report did not work, this is now fixed.
- In some cases you received an error message in the Weekly overview after entering some kind of deviation.
- For Norwegian Timeplan-customers it wasn't possible to chose an end date after the 12th in the Weekly overview. This is now fixed.
