Upgrades and bug fixes

This release doesn't contain any new big changes, but rather only a few new upgrades and some bug fixes.
Upgrades
- We were missing a support for transferring decimal numbers in the salary file for "Hogia lön" (the smaller one). We've now developed this to make it possible to transfer tips.
- We've developed a new support for handling VAT for Stripe transactions, this regards TimeplanGo customers.
- We've optimized Timeplan, this will hopefully lead to the Timeplan-environments loading faster.
- We've developed a new support for Intern- and contraction agreements that'll make it possible to enter 0 in the salary fields.
Bug fixes
- If you had an English TimeplanGo-version and did some changes under the tab Personal information, you weren't able to save because you hadn't entered a personal ID number even though this field isn't visible for the English version of TimeplanGo. This is now fixed.
- Under the tab Distribution of tips an inaccurate error message popped up that was not suppose to be there. This is now fixed.
- An error message occurred under the Approval list that blocked the tab from opening. This is now resolved.
- When you entered the tab Organisation -Department and then went back, an error message occurred. This is now fixed.
- In some cases the ATL-lagarna (Working hours act) were visible in both English and Swedish mixed in the text, which it's not supposed to be, It's supposed to one or the other. This is now resolved.
