Release notes 2026-09-15
In this update, the focus has been on leave applications and the event log, with fixes to the period reconciliation and the holiday calculation.
Improvements
- The Planned time report has a clearer report description. Both regular and extended shifts are included in the summary, and full-day absence counts as planned time
- Changes under Relatives/children are now logged in the event log
- The event log no longer gets an empty entry when a leave application is saved without changes
Fixes
- Fixed that the wrong push notification was sent when the date or absence code was changed on a leave application – the employee now gets the "changed" notification instead of "approved" or "rejected"
- Prevented a leave application from being linked to the wrong employee when working with several tabs open at the same time
- Fixed that a holiday day was given on a public holiday without a shift when "Max holiday days/week" was set to 5 and "Generate absence hours for holiday on public holidays" was unchecked
- Fixed incorrect balance in the period reconciliation for absence against change of working hours
- Fixed that the approvals list showed the wrong number of approvals when inactive departments had approvals
- Fixed that a child temporarily disappeared from the view when a relative was added
- Fixed error when extending an employment contract when accounts of the type "Salary from matrix" are used
Integrations
- The open /staff API now supports employment type in both export (GET) and import (POST)
Other
- The holiday calculation for the payroll system Visma HRM now follows the same rules as for other payroll systems – "Max holiday days/week" in the collective agreement applies
- Internal improvements to report handling in the mobile web and to the build and operations environment
