Release notes 2026-10-26

In this update, the focus has been on messages in the time clock and new possibilities in the open API, with fixes to the approvals list, the Weekly overview and the public holiday calculation.

Improvements

  • Messages in the time clock now show the sender, so it is clear who the message is from
  • The Calendar page under staff has new summary fields
  • Comments in the Weekly overview can now be longer. Long comments are shortened and the full text is shown when you hover over them
  • Optional accounts in the Weekly overview are now grouped by type, so values of different kinds are not added together
  • The selection in the staff list is now kept when you move between staff pages
  • Clearer question when a manager closes an employee's time report in the app with unsaved changes
  • Clearer error message when printing the Employer certificate basis report and the employee is not employed at the selected company

Fixes

  • Fixed that balances were incorrect, without an error message, for split shifts on a public holiday when the public holiday rule gives compensation for the whole shift
  • Fixed that the approvals list required a deviation code on time according to schedule when the employee had entered a deviation
  • Fixed that shifts sometimes could not be removed in the Weekly overview when the background calculation was slow
  • Fixed that the same employee could get two separate day entries on the same day in the Daily overview when booked on two shifts

Integrations

  • Balances can now be imported via the open API
  • New endpoint in the open API for day comments on cost centres
  • Schedule import via the API now follows the logged-in administrator's permissions instead of requiring a super administrator with access to all companies and departments

Other

  • Preparatory work for comments in the time clock, with no visible change for users
  • Tightened permission checks on the staff pages
  • Internal improvements to tools and components
