A major improvement to the weekly overview, improved performance in the mobile app, extended import/export file to SD Worx & Hogia Salary Plus. Bug fixes.
Upgrades:
We start with the biggest event in the release, namely the ability to create work shifts directly in the weekly overview.
- Create and manage work shifts directly in the weekly overview. We have listened to many users and we have understood that there is demand for a smoother process for the creation of temporary work shifts. You will also be able to save work shifts that you create in the weekly overview for later use, as well as use existing saved work shifts.
At the moment we are rolling out the update in the weekly overview, but in the near future you will also be able to create work shifts in Base Schedule advanced. - Schema file scope support in the SdWorx export file
- Rewriting parts of the mobile app that make the app faster
- Changes in Visita's employment certificate: "Strong professional experience" disappears from the employment certificate
- Person import from Talenttech, extended support for managing personnel with non-unique social security numbers as well as previously deleted employees
- Improved information texts and design on the positions and tasks page.
Bug fixes:
- Transfer of part-time absence to Hogia Salary Plus was incorrect in a specific scenario where the rounding was incorrect.
- Deviation reporting did not work as intended if a new employee did not open the app during the first month it was supposed to report deviations, the error meant that the administrator could enter manual punches.
- The new organization page was also shown when a company had more than 20 tasks, due to limitations in the new design it is not optimal to show it when you have more than 20 tasks, then the old view is shown instead.
- If an employee tried to punch via the app when the device was offline, the wrong information was displayed.
- Balances displayed in the employee app took into account historical employment contracts even if there were gaps between the contracts.
If there is a gap, only the balances from the current continuous employment period are shown. - The report tab was displayed in the app even though the employee does not have the right to view any reports (no reports could be selected but the tab was accessible). Now the tab is hidden instead.
- Part-time absence did not appear in the weekly schedule report in a very specific scenario.
- Information about calculation periods was not displayed in the weekly schedule report.
- Deviation codes from the wrong collective agreement were displayed when another agreement was set in the work pass.
- In the weekly overview there was a missed translation for overtime where it instead read "overtime".
- When punching in and out with the same deviation code, the wrong balance was sent to Hogia Salary Plus in a specific scenario.
- The personal details page had minor bugs where it was not possible to remove the date of birth and changing the gender was changed incorrectly.
