Upgrades and bug fixes

Want to see coming changes in Timeplan? Click here!

The release contains a few new upgrades regarding the Timeplan-product in its entirety, among other things were dropping a new API for import of schedule. As usual there's also some bug fixes in this release.

Upgrades

  • We've developed a new API for schedule import. The import supports a normal task time-import.
  • We've implemented a new system setting to make it possible to choose the amount of days when they earliest can send in their deviations. (For deviation reporting) Earlier there was a set limit to 7 days before, from now on you'll be able to manage this yourself.
  • We've changed the appearance of the information-massage that's visible for work shifts that not yet have been used in a base schedule or requirements template. Earlier a red text with a warning symbol was shown, from now on there's a blue text with an information symbol instead.
  • If you chose to create a tips distribution for more than one department, the distribution equaled 100%. We've now changed so that the lowest chosen percentage for the particular department gets elected instead. Example:

    • 1. Department A = 40% Department B = 40%. Outcome: 40%
    • 2. Department A = 40% Department B = 0%, Outcome: 0%

Bug fixes

  • We've had trouble with error messages appearing sporadically on different tabs in Timeplan. This is now fixed.
  • It wasn't possible to delete job titles even though a message was visible explaining that the job title was not in use. This message was shown even though the job title actually was in use. Which was confusing. This is now fixed.
  • In some databases the employment types were misinterpreted, this is now fixed.
  • Under Agreements -Cost rules an inaccurate popup message was shown explaining that the actual and planned cost was recalculated. We've now adjusted this to make it clear that it is only the planned cost that is covered in the recalculation.
  • It wasn't possible to save a base schedule because an error message occurred, this is now resolved.
  • Half Timeplan was visible in both Swedish and English even though the language was set to English or Swedish. This is now resolved.
  • SD Worx salary import did not find accounts in some cases. This is now fixed.
  • An error message occurred when recalculating agreements. This is now fixed.
  • The day before midsummer was inaccurately generated as an holiday in the calendar, this is now fixed.
  • Primary company, salary fields and the amount of vacation days on the employee agreement has earlier been open even though the salary period was closed. This is now adjusted so that all the fields are blocked when the salary period is closed.
