This release contains a new feature where It's from now on possible to sort by department even when units are activated.  Where also releasing some upgrades and improvements to the Timeplan product in it's entirety and some bug fixes.  

New feature, upgrades & improvements

  • Nu har vi utvecklat den sista delen av SD Worx integrationen vad gäller import av API. 
  • We've improved our CSV export to PMI.
  • We've now developed the second part of the in total -3 different parts of the "Get started guide". The third part will hopefully be released shortly. 
  • We've updated the report description for the report: Expiring agreements 
  • We've now made it possible to edit the field for vacation days in the Visita agreement- template. 
  • We've now developed a new feature where It's possible to sort the Weekly overview, shifts, base schedules etc. by departments even if you work with units. This haven't been possible earlier, It was only possible to sort by units if this was activated. 
  • We've made some smaller font adjustments,  this because we discovered that the wrong fonts was visible in some places in Timeplan. 
  • Onboarding TimeplanGo:
    - We've removed a page in the onboarding guide for TimeplanGo to simplify and streamline the onboarding-proess. 
    - The field for entering the staff was to small -This is now fixed.

Bug fixes 

  • An error message appeared in some cases when generating a report via the Timeplan-app. This is now fixed. 
  • In some cases when adjusting the shifts, they weren't updated under the daily overview. This is now fixed. 
  • A toolip with information regarding the shift weren't visible in the daily- or weekly overview. This is now resolved.  
  • It wasn't possible to assign unmanned shifts to the employees under the Daily overview.  This is now resolved. 
  • Administrators were able to see schedules that they didn't have the authority to see. This is now fixed. 
  • An asterisk was not created when a manual adjustment were made to the shift. This is now fixed. 
  • Manually adjusted shifts changed when updating the shift-template. Which is not supposed to happen. This is now fixed. 
  • An inaccurate planned cost were generated when the shift went over the 24 hour break to the next day. This is now fixed.
  • It wasn't possible to copy, paste the shifts on a Mac computer. This is now fixed.
  • In some cases it was possible to add shifts even though the user had limited access. This is now fixed. 
  • For TimeplanGo users -their addons disappeared when they upgraded to another plan. This is now resolved.
