This release contains a new feature where we're dropping a get-started-guide in the shape of a widget that'll be visible on the home page. In addition to this there are some upgrades and bug fixes.

New feature and upgrades

  • We've developed a new feature where were launching a "Get-started-guide" in the shape of a widget on the home page. For TimeplanGo users the guide will automatically appear after they've completed the onboarding-guide. If you don't watch all the videos all at once, you can always go back and watch the videos again later on the home page.

  • For they who use temporary agreements, we've now developed a new support that makes it possible to separate the temporary agreements from the regular ones. Earlier all the agreements were listed under the drop-down menu for Agreements, from now on only the agreements that's marked as regular will be visible here.
  • For "Hogia lön plus" we've now implemented a new setting that no longer demands a social security number. -From now on you can fill in a birth date followed by 4 zeros. This support is meant to make it possible for the users to manage employees in Timeplan that haven't yet received a personal identity number or social security number.
  • We've now optimized the creating process for TimpelanGo environments. This is supposed to decrease the risk of technical issues.
  • We've now dropped a new release for the mobile app in order to support newer versions of android phones.

Bug fixes

  • Tips were saved on the wrong department if you marked more than one. This resulted in the tips ending up on departments where you didn't even work. This is now fixed.
  • A negative balance were visible as a positive balance in the mobile app. This is now fixed.
  • Agreements in English were partly visible in Swedish, this is now fixed.
  • If you used deviation reporting when having a lot of shifts for a period, the box became big and you weren't able to scroll, which resulted in the users not being able to sign their period. This is now resolved.
  • We've made some limits for the buttons used when deviation reporting. This because we wanted to prevent spam. This means that you no longer are able to click the buttons more then one time.
  • The Timeclock-program crashed when you sent out empty messages to the users. This is now fixed.
  • For "Hogia lön plus" the tips were sent in the wrong column. This is now fixed.
  • You weren't able to remove a shift if there was at least 2 unmanned shifts of the same type. This is now resolved.
